CISE Awarded 5 Year Subcontract to Build Organizational Capacity

CISE is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a multiyear subcontract by the international development consulting firm ME&A to provide a range of management consulting services that help build organizational capacity in developing countries worldwide. The subcontract is awarded under the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) 5 year, $500 million USAID's Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity prime contract. CISE Director Mark Belcher has been selected by USAID to serve as the ME&A consortium's Program Manager for the contract. In this role, he will provide technical and management leadership for the ME&A consortium in responding to USAID's requests for HICD services globally including:

  • Partner identification and evaluation
  • Performance assessments
  • Performance improvement strategies and solutions
  • Implementation and management support for change initiatives
  • Leadership development and coaching
  • Performance improvement measurement, monitoring, and evaluation
